Also random but this was the day the Sandusky scandal broke. I remember being in the pizzeria next to Bryant Denny right after GameDay when they broke in to report it.

It’s so true that the game really could have hinged on any one play. Almost like one run playoff baseball game where both pitchers are dueling it out. Every second of that game mattered and you could definitely feel it through the TV.
