Snit again with terrible pitching moves. I guess there was a reason why he was in the minors for so so long. Maybe he is trying to do too much to prove he belongs?

Excited about the Acuna news, but not the pitching news. They sent down another reliever candidate before he got a chance in a game to pitch (Parsons) and brought up Wisler again. Also McCarthy went on the DL fwiw. They have Max Fried coming to STL to pitch for him on Saturday night. Hope that Albies and Inciarte are ready to go tomorrow night, the Braves will need them.

Uh oh hope things look better soon, the STL pitcher got our top 3 out and Julio put two baserunners in scoring position but at least got out of it.

Yeah but at least it's one of the 3 only ones to have the school color with Vandy and State. I got that from Braves' twitter feed, where in the comments I saw some mad Ole Miss and S. Carolina fans about being left out.

Game still scoreless in the 4th. Julio throwing a one hitter so far, but the Cardinal pitcher only has given up 2.

Julio still shutting them out and the Braves getting themselves shut out after 6. Braves left 2 in scoring postion last time up hoping for some runs you might say. If they put Sam in to relieve Julio we need at least 9 runs I think.

Well we've already dodged our Moylan bullet. If we can get through without needing Sammy, then we should be ok.

Yeah the key is take them out after their first walk or hit given up I guess. Even if it's their 2nd batter faced like Moylan.

They said, gulp, Freeman was warming up in the pen but ... whew, he sat down and Minter started throwing.
