Today's lineup has Ozzie with a day off (he has a sore foot I read online if true) the Braves also said they sent down Wisler already, brought up Parsons, put Soroka on a freaking 60 day DL and Acuna is coming back in the next game at St. Louis.

Kurt drove in Freddie for the 1st Braves run in the 4th inning. Markakis is in scoring position now.

Charlie drove Nick in to tie the game at 2. Now Kurt's in scoring position.

Braves took the lead on Johan's hit still in the 4th, and Kurt made a hell of a slide to score.

Braves almost left the bases loaded in the 5th but the reds' SS dropped the ball on a Culberson grounder and the score is 5 to 3.

Well, gonna assume we just lost 2 outta 3 to the Reds which makes that back to back series L's to losing/bad teams. Which also means were in frick-deep-shite-water for the next 2 weeks.
Let's hope the rest of the NL East keeps sucking cause we're about to go from 3.5-5 games up to 5 games back.

Maybe the starting pitchers can do complete game shutouts on the road trip that would be nice.

It's deflating for sure. Bad way to start a brutal road stretch, which is also the toughest scheduling we've seen this season. Fire the whole fricking bullpen at this point. Give me Carle, Minter, Viz, and trade for one other legit reliever who can go 2-3 innings like Carle does if/when needed.

Wink has done some solid work other than that disaster last week. Not sold on Biddle. Moylan and Freeman, no.
