Well we got swept in a series where we missed two 3 run HRs in game 1 by a combined 4 inches. Lose game 3 on one of the worst calls in SEC baseball history. 2 run HR gets turned into an out and only one run because umps dont see ball go over fence and don't make a call causing runners to pass each other due to OF acting like he caught it. So far we lost those two games to Arky, lost a game to Mizzou on a dropped fly ball by LF, blew 9th inning lead to UK and lost on walk off past ball. Could easily be 8-4 in SEC play but somehow 4-8.

All the excuses. All the whining and subtle jabs by coaches and players. 20-7. Auburn’s biggest problem is the classlessness and lack of respect towards an opponent. At least for Auburn's sake it was a “cheap and non-elite” sweep over the weekend.

Not even close. Always blame the opponent or someone else for the mistake committed by horrible base running. Kjerstad didn’t even try to deke the runner on the home run. He didn’t act like he was trying to get the ball back in to infield and where the runner was he would’ve rifled to first had he caught it. More than anything it was an optical illusion of the baseball barely clearing the fence.

It's not like Heston intentionally dropped an infield pop up bunt to turn a double play or anything.

Just rewatched it. Not sure what he did after the play could be seen as "acting like he caught it". It was just a very close play that was hard to tell live.
