I lived off of Gulfway Dr in Port Arthur for 2 summers. That was an interesting experience
. Also, having lived in all 3, I'll take the Port Arthur area over NEAR or NELA. There is a lot more to do here than NEAR, and its not quite as impoverished as NELA.
