Is there a specific date or occasion that will spur the next wave of transfers from college football teams? End of spring practice? Start of spring practice?
Does it basically come down to when coaches give kids the hard truth?

You usually see some transfers towards the end of spring ball

So after Spring Ball that's when coaches tell kids their scholarship won't be renewed for the Fall semester? I'm assuming it's the loss of scholarship that gets them to move on.

Warren was listed as transferring along with Wingo in the first group of players transferring.
