Aww, you don't like Doug Amos & Chollie Trotman? McKnight/Longshore get irritating as hell in the early show. Their callers don't bother me too much, it's that idoiot Ray Boles/P'ville Carpet that grates on my nerves.

I literally turn it down or change the channel when he comes on.

People in Birmingham don't realize how lucky they've been with sports radio. Even at it's worst, WJOX and the sports shows on other stations has been better sports talk radio than you will encounter in most cities. Well, except maybe during that brief period about 15 years ago when they wedged the ESPN programming into midday with Jim Rome and the Sports Babe, but other than that, it's been better than almost anywhere.
