Who are the key people against this in Arkansas?
Is their any legal proceedings against the State?
Seems like they are prolonging this as long as they can.

The people who didn't get awarded are now bringing legal proceedings against the state, because it's fishy as hell how the whole process went down.
This was all predestined, though, when they put the two ballot initiatives up and got the one "good" one struck down because a filthy lawyer (who has had his money grubbing hands all over this in an effort to corporatize pot profits) got the grass roots (haha) ballot initiative tossed on a technicality, thus turning the whole process into a GOBN money grab instead of a deregulation/decriminilization effort.
