This has been on the market for a while. It's a cool house, but very custom built, to say the least.

They're asking like $1000/SF. That's insane. Even the super-nice Mark Zweig new builds downtown are priced in the range of $220/SF.
For nearly 9 million, you could build quite a mansion.
