It’s infuriating that the only thing keeping us from a top 10 seed is our god awful scheduling.

Palm had UF as one of the playin games prior to last night so the AU win was huge.

Definitely hoping they can another win vs Bama/UK the next 2 games and then one in the sec tourney.

We seem to be difficult team for people to seed in their brackets. There's a ton of variety. CBS has fairly consistently been on the lower end.

We have a somewhat odd resume. The RPI is low, but we are 7-5 against Q1 teams.

Ok, so who gets in is becoming clearer. I think we can all agree the SEC was better overall this year, and did a lot of beating up on each other. Does the SEC have a team that can make a run though? I'm not so sure. Auburn is hurt. UT maybe. Maybe the Kentucky kids figure it out late. Is any team built for the elite 8 run?

UF and A&M are both difficult to project, for completely opposite reasons.

Kentucky is figuring things out like they always do and will probably win the SEC tournament and then make a run. That's my prediction.

South Carolina limped into the tourney last year and made it all the way to the Final Four. It's all about the draw and getting hot at the right time.

Wouldn't shock me at all if UF and Tennessee ended up as the 2nd Elite 8 matchup in that bracket.

This. They were 3-6 the last 9 games before the ncaat and at one point in feb they were 1-4 in two weeks.

This could go from an 8 team to a 5 team tourney conference pretty easily.

And the only thing keeping us from a high seed in the nit is a couple more wins

Bama could very well be out of this thing with Florida and A&M left on the schedule.
