I dont think we've fallen to bubble status. I mean OU hasn't won a game in weeks and they're still in.

We are still on the right side of it, but I'll bet we'll be a 10 seed.

Having no point guard is killing us. Geist and Robertson both shite the bed late, and we can't hit free throws all of a sudden

Yea Robertson was throwing the ball all over the place. Geist is terrible at inbounding the ball.

Yes, Mizzou was up 5 with 2 minutes to go and those 2 combined for 3 straight turnovers

Yup, just terrible and you know it's going to happen. Then we play so many close games. Not a good recipe.

We've put ourselves in a very tough spot here.

We always knew that Mizzou would go as far as the guards would take them. Mizzou is 18-10, but would have 23 or 24 wins with a good PG.

Right where we belong. This team doesn't have a point guard and really doesn't shine in any particular aspect.

Beyond pathetic.

Sleep walk through the entire first half against a very mediocre team.

Cuonzo didn’t have the team mentally prepared.

Turnovers down the stretch were awful. Friend of mine texted me that we should throw the ball down the court on the inbounds, Hail Mary style. Would have better success rate.

I’ve never seen anyone this bad at this level.

The whole team sucks at it, and they haven't improved at all as the season has progressed. It's like they don't practice it. Geist also drives into the trees and gets blocked when the game is on the line. It should only take a couple of times before Gonzo tells him to knock it off.

I think Martin may turn out to be an offensively challenged coach just as we were warned. It seems past performance is the best predictor of future performance

He horribly mismanaged the PG situation from the beginning of the year to now.

But his offense is much better than his past.

His assistants run and teach the offense.

Why can they literally not inbound the ball against any pressure even this late in the season, and why are we still bitching about the exact same mistakes from Geist as we were at the beginning of the season? That's on the coaches, and Martin is responsible for his assistants

Also who is on suicide watch for TigerTalker?

And why the hell hasn't this been down voted yet?

Everything is on the coaches from your perspective.

Why is Geist not good? Because he's not fricking good.

Why do we struggle so bad late? Because we have no viable ball handlers.

Coaching...rabble, rabble FFS

What's funny is 2, 4 star PGs looked at Geist and thought they should transfer.

Rather be a 10 seed than 8 or 9

They left so let it go.

Even though Mizzou played flat and had turnovers and missed free throws at crucial moment, they did come back from 14 points back to take a 7 point lead. Then Ole Miss started pressuring them and their lack of ball handling and all of a sudden they couldn't hit their free throws killed them.

Again, Mizzou has a decent amount of skilled players, but they aren't the most athletic, their slow and get very few fast breaks and they use their height to get rebounds and block shots, but they lack leaping ability. They are my team and they are better than they were for the last three years and that's entertaining enough for me until year 3 and then I'm going to be hard on them as heck.
