With enough $$$/resources Saban could win a NC anywhere. If Kansas was willing to build top-notch facilities and pay for an expensive staff, it could be done.
The other factor is Saban's age. Does Saban have the energy to build a program from the ground up at this point? Probably not

They'd be a consistent Top 25 program, but he wouldn't be winning multiple national titles or anything.
