Short Answer? No.
Long Answer? Cecil admitted to talking with MSU boosters which were deemed "agents."
Auburn was cleared of any wrong doing. Not sure how MSU escaped punishment since their boosters were the ones who got Cam/Cecil into trouble

no. If money had exchanged hands, Cam would have been ineligible..........but you already know this.
