This part is laughable and typical cali, unless he mentioned them during the incident

IIRC the police report that was released yesterday said that his girlfriend told police there were two assualt rifles in the home and that's what led to the search and retrieval of the firearms. I belive this is the biggest issue he's dealing with and the reason for the $75,000 bond. Possession of an assault rifle statute in California is kind of vague, as it provides to be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony for possession of an assault rifle. He was also charged with California Code, Penal Code - PEN § 422, which is making a criminal threat of violence. This can also be charged as a felony or a misdemeanor. He was also charged with Domestic Violence, and based upon that statute, it can also be charged as a felony or misdemeanor. Based on the excessive bond, I'm assuming they have charged him with a felony on all counts (I'm guessing bond was set at $25,000 on each count) but I wouldn't be shocked if all of these were reduced. From what I've read, it appears as if the DA has 30 days to formalize the charges.

Regardless of what they do, this is not good for Foster given he was just arrested recently on marijuana possession, not to mention the NFL's current stance on domestic violence and not even needing an indictment to warrant a 6 game suspension, at minimum.

So, Reuben was trying to throw a girl out of his house. Cops were called. She rats him out. He goes to jail.

Seems about right.

Wouldn't surprise me if Reuben called the cops for help getting the crazy lady out of his house but got hosed in the end.

Never frick with crazy, and never let an angry ex around the cops.

Yup had a Short barrel rifle, I high doubt he had a ATF stamp, considering the wait times. He fricked more for this than the DV
