Notorious Bama bust Ozzie Newsome will step down as GM of the Baltimore Ravens after the 2018 season. Newsome is a member of both the College Hall of Fame and NFL and Hall the of Fame. He is likely to be inducted again in the NFL HOF for his work as an executive.

Newsome will remain with the Ravens organization as a scout where he will continue to evaluate and draft future Bama busts such as three time Pro Bowler CJ Mosley.

Did the national guard have to protect him from your fine Christian population while at O'bama?

If you weren't an ignorant buffoon, you'd know the answer to that question already. Clearly someone didn't pay attention in history class. A sad fact that is becoming more and more prevalent in today's society.

I’m a ravens fan. Ozzie has been absolute garbage the last 5 years. Mosley & Brandon Williams have been the only good picks and I’m guessing it was luck because Mosley is from Alabama which is one of the main reasons Ozzie made that selection.

Ray Lewis said on the NFL Today tv show, with Phil Simms and Boomer Esaison, that Ozzie would ask him who he wanted to play with. Maybe ray told Ozzie to draft Haloti ngata, ed reed, Chris mccalister, Terrell Suggs & Jimmy Smith because since ray has retired, the ravens drafting has been noticeably horrible.

(Matt Elam, Arthur brown, Courtney upshaw, breshad perriman, max Williams, Bronson kaufusi, kamalei Correa, Terrance brooks, Ronnie Stanley) all top 3 round picks from off the top of my head in just the last 5 years.

Ozzie’s horrendous drafting has caused him to spend money on safeties and d lineman which is why the ravens couldn’t resign their offensive linemen.

Basically it’s been mostly Ozzie’s fault the ravens have missed the postseason 3 of the last 4 seasons.

Passed on stefon diggs 6 times, knowing the ravens didn’t have any WRs and needed a KR as well.

He traded jernigan to move up 20 spots in 3rd round & drafted a third string d lineman(wormley) over Kareem hunt who went 11 picks later.

Didn’t draft a single offensive player the whole draft, anybody with a brain knows the ravens struggle because of their offense.

There was a rumor during the 2016 draft that the cowboys wanted a 3rd rounder(kaufusi) and 6th pick(Ronnie Stanley) for the 4th pick so we could move up for Jalen Ramsey but Ozzie wasn’t willing to part with the 3rd rounder.

Joe fricking Flacco worked him for a $100 million dollar contract. Half of this board’s IQ is higher than Flacco’s.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but in the last 5-6 years every move he makes seems to be the wrong one.

Oh yeah, LSU has the most players in the NFL and Ozzie refuses to draft a single one. But what do I know, amiright?
