Most of the UGA posters who showed up around after we beat AU in the SEC champ are awful

Yeah that's pruitts best strength. Being able to find good players that aren't highly ranked. Like all but one of our starting secondary this season.

I'm impressed the Pruitt is probably getting Walker though

Pruitt is one of the best in the biz. Tennessee will be a threat real soon.

Yeah, if they don't sign until you know they are coming, that's always an option, but there is risk for the athlete there that the school finds someone to fill that spot in the meantime.

I'm wondering if UGA might consider asking Walthour (or even Reese) to wait to sign until he qualifies for example (or even not sign at all, a la Roquan... just sign the grant in aid and show up once he's enrolled). We've stuck with him this long, I don't think he would have any worry that we'd do wrong by him in that scenario.

Would definitely seem to be the smart play for the *school* targeting an athlete that might be strongly considering MLB draft ... if you can get the athlete to agree to the terms.

What are you gonna say when Rick Sandidge rejects the Chickens and signs with the Dawgs?

Y’all really setting yourself up for a big disappointment.

Yeah, nobody is a LOCK until they sign on the dotted line. I am no recruiting expert but have followed long enough to know that there are always surprises - especially for the top guys.

DAWGS are the prohibitive favorites for Tyson Campbell but he could certainly get stolen. I give us about an 80% chance to sign him - but we will either 100% get him or 100% not.

We shall see in less than a week!

You are an idiot. According to you, we won't sign Campbell. I guess that means you won't sign Sandidge.

Here's the deal. We don't have to sign Campbell to sign a vastly superior class to South Carolina. You just need to be prepared for years of watching South Carolina get it's shite pushed in by UGA.

He can spend his years enjoying a spanking from UGA.

70% Georgia

20 % Miami

9% Bama

1% Tennessee

There, I hedged another 10% away from Georgia - still think we are prohibitive favorites.

Was this directed at me?

He's a 5* OOS prospect... it was always going to be a fight. We need him, but if he picked Miami, it's understandable... if he picked Alabama, it would also be understandable. If he picked Tennessee, I would probably have a mini-melt... until I remembered how good this class is. I've said elsewhere, he's the #1 target left on the board for us... but at the end of the day, we could literally not sign any of the final 5 spots and be in great shape... with 5 spots to back count 2019 early enrollees into... No excuses necessary.

In all honesty, it's probably much closer to 60/40 right now, with Miami having the opportunity to shift the balance this weekend... Anyone who thinks otherwise, doesn't have a good handle on how close these decisions are in a lot of cases.

Some of you get rattled when other things other than what you want to hear are brought up.

No idea why yall are trying to go tit for tat with me on Sandidge.

This thread is about Campbell.
