No doubt. the sweet thing is, after they brought that out as "proof" they were better than Georgia, I went through it and it showed Georgia with one more National Title than them.

Kinda backfired.

Here's what SEC schools could claim based on the records book. I actually have this memorized.

Alabama: 1925, 26, 30, 34, 41, 45, 61, 64, 65, 66, 73, 75, 77, 78, 79, 92, 2009, 11, 12, 15, 17
LSU: 1908, 35, 36, 58, 62, 2003, 07
Tennessee: 1938, 40, 50, 51, 56, 67, 98
Georgia: 1920, 27, 42, 46, 68, 80
Auburn: 1913, 57, 83, 93, 2010
Florida: 1984, 85, 96, 2006, 08
Ole Miss: 1969, 60, 62
Texas A&M: 1919, 27, 39
Arkansas: 1964, 77
Vanderbilt: 1921, 22
Kentucky: 1950
Missouri: 1960

You can go with this if you want but in 10 seconds of looking at that list it is obviously a shitty list. Just a couple of examples for AU, AL, and FL.

For AU 1993 is on there and not 2004 (both perfect/undefeated seasons). In 2004 we were probably the best team in the country, won the SECCG and the Sugar Bowl. In 1993, we didn't play in either and were on probation. And FSU would have beat us if we had played them. FL would have lit us up in a rematch in the SECCG.

For Bama, 1941 is on there. Nough said, although 1925 and 1926 are two more easy to call out and male a case bama was not even a top 5 team in those years.

For UF, 1985? No. 9 wins and a final #5 ranking while not playing in a bowl is not a national champ.
