12 years in and only 2 NCAA appearances, not much winning but still there like a cockroach.

I think so. He reminds me of Jeff Fisher. Wins just enough to keep his job and no real expectations

Ole Miss is the worst SEC Basketball Program so 2 NCAA Tournaments in 12 years is good.
