I am not sayting that Locksley is the right choice. I'm simply saying that not one single person on this website can say that he definitely would not do a good job. You don't know.
If you want a sexier hire, fine. But Saban could name the clone of a de-animated Lorax as OC and I'd support the guy.
Simply put, I was hating on folks who were hating on a coach who has done a heckuva job for Bama the last few years, coached our boys up through the death of his daughter, is an excellent recruiter, and is well-liked by our current players.

Yea, I'm certainly not going to melt over Locksley. He gives me pause but he's been in the building a while and Saban knows what he is doing.
From outside the bubble I might prefer Fisch or Enos, but Saban knows what is going on.

Well no shite. Next thing you're going to say is that nobody has a window into the future. I suppose we should just totally eliminate message board speculation since nobody can predict the future.
