Bittersweet National Championship

While I'm glad we won and would never trade it for anything, I also am thinking of 7SU and Auburn fans this morning. I know you guys are hurting.
Both of you almost repeated as National Champs last night. Your smack game on the board last night was tremendous especially in the 1st half. You were unstoppable. We had no answers to your witty and demeaning banter.
Somehow after halftime, Saban made the gutsy call to come out with a true freshman QB and you had no answers for it. Your game however did come back alive after we missed that field goal right before OT.
Your insightful comments were awesome to behold on Rodrigo's kick (we really thought we had them) and then on that sack to Tua where St. Nick almost had a stroke. Looked like we were finished then.
But, somehow we got a miraculous play to win it and you were speechless except for some pretty solid melts.
Anyways, you guys are very classy and I'm sure you will be back for all of our games next season to run your mouths errr give insight into the refs, our crappy QBs, our horrible field goal kicking, etc.
Sorry it did not work out for you this year. I really wish there was a way we could both win. A repeat would have been special. Anyways, best of luck next year! I'm sure we can expect you back for a very long time!

For smack talking purposes, we couldn't loss. Bama was just an easy target the first half.

Well, I would like to think it was because you guys made it happen. I feel like we screwed up a lot but you guys were much stronger than us during the 1st half. Still, congrats on a great season! Best of luck next year!

Meh. Saban made the call because he was outcoached and out manned in the first half. If Smart doesn't completely crap the bed a bunch of you guys would be calling for Saban to retire after you get blown out just like you were for the first half last night.
That Bama team last night lacked discipline and leadership and the only thing that saved the Tide was a horrible job of coaching in the second half by the UGA staff.

If that gets you through the hurt of last night, believe me, I understand! Still, very solid but you only fell apart when it counted most. You gave it your all -- all season long! Congrats and expect to see you next season -- deep into the season!

It's ok. Let it out. Might be time to think of a new strategy: you guys didn't win your conference, you guys backdoored into the playoffs, etc etc -- but I know 7SU and Auburn fans will stick to what they know best.

I got to watch Georgia blow a lead in the Championship game that they havent been to since 1980
