There is nothing at all to like about this.

I don't even understand how we possibly arrived at this fricking shite show.

You could have gave me 100 guesses for an OC for an SEC school and Dooley would have never crossed my mind

He was actually a decent positions coach at LSU, though.

Barry is a cement head

He actually had the nerve to tell people they will be excited about the hire??????????? Are you f'in kidding me.

He still has no Dcoord.

Thanks a lot assholes, i told you if he won out, he would get an extension and were stuck with him for 2-3 more years of clueless coaching.

I’m not thrilled, but I guess we’ll see how it goes. My expectations aren’t high anymore unfortunately.

Nah, we aren't stuck with him. He can be fired at any time and it will very likely be soon after this abortion

Odom clearly does not want to be overshadowed by his assistant coaches.

Mission: Accomplished.

You may be joking. But I think you’re right.

I actually wasn’t joking, although it is funny.

Hiring Dooley is a move by an insecure Head Coach that feels he can’t hire an assistant who would be a good interim should he start 0-5. Plus, Dooley will be loyal to a fault because, well, he has to be. No one else would let him even sniff a job like that, let alone have it.

Odom has cemented his position for at least 6 more years. If they suck for 3 years he can blame the OC and fire him, then ride the replacement for another 3 years.
