Yeah, pretty damn bad. SEC is still the same as always, if they want you to lose on the road, you are going to lose.

And the phantom carry. Called a carry without Macon ever putting it back on the floor.

Whatever hog fans travel to these away games need to sneak in a noose and a stuffed zebra...see if we pull the intimidation factor and put a stop to some of this shite.

I knew we were gonna lose when Macon missed 2 free throws in the same game.

Just a very strange game. It seemed like the ball magically ended up in a state players hands on every bounce Just too many strange bounces than didn't go our way. Looks like a team we beat by 15 on neutral court and 25 at home. Sucks that we start the first 3 with back to back away games. That UT win was huge because 1-2 is a very real possibility now.

Yup. Auburn should be a packed house. Going to tough to get a win. Looks like refs are going to continue to be heros for the home teams this season

Auburn has a very good scoring offense.

Could possibly be higher than ours after tonight's game.

They play similar to us, it will be a run and gun game, which is what both teams want so...have at it. Should be fun.

We have never lost in their arena.

I think the best in the league will have 5 losses minimum. I'll get nervous if we get to 4 losses too soon. Beating Auburn would have me feeling good.

Yeah, LSU and Missouri at home next week. If we lose at Auburn those are both must wins at home or the wheels may fall off.

I think we started off pretty bad last season. I blew up on MA after the road loss to Mizzou thinking the wheels had fallen off and we wouldn't make the dance. Went on a nice run and ended up in the SEC championship game. I want us to be better than last season no doubt but the SEC appears stacked. Might be good come tournament time to be this tested.

I may hit that point if we lose to Auburn, especially if it's by double digits.

I am very reserved on this team right now, saw a couple of major red flags tonight in our rebounding and how badly we got beat off the dribble on defense. Even when we forced them into bad shots they clunked repeatedly, they got the offensive board just countless times. Hell they got 3 tries at it multiple times.

And like others have said, yeah 40 free throws was too many and that excess is on the refs, but we fouled a LOT too, and that was because they were able to penetrate into the lane almost at will.

They definitely were penetrating way too easily tonight and that's never a good sign. It's also been the Macon show the last 2 games. He can't do it all. Going to need more consistency from the others.

Barford had a bad night, both on O and D, but he was fantastic vs Tenn. Macon is due up next to have an off game, and we'll probably lose whenever that is.

Tonight is the first time all season I said we miss Moses Kingsley. We need another physical big arse body down low so bad, Thompson is useless at this point, Bailey/Cook are not big.

Gafford is great, but he's still thin on that 6'11" frame so he got bodied around like a toy at times tonight on the glass. Reminds me of Portis freshman year.
