Watching it live, it looked like a classic ACL injury. It looked like there was no contact. Sophie planted the right leg then rotated to make an entry pass. That screams ACL to me.

The curse is real and prolly began with the infamous 5th down (even though I wasn’t alive at that point, it is my conclusion every time our athletics program in any sport gets the shaft due to: officiating, injury, or coaching).

She went to the same HS as me, although she’s much younger than I. Us Thunderbirds stick together for life. Once a T-Bird, always a T-Bird!
