Anyone aware of the anticipated fanbase turnout for us and OU?

I haven't seen't any numbers, but the way some analysts and UGA connected journalists have been talking they're expecting a Dawg Nation wave in LA.
I think we'll get 60% of the stadium at most. Just way too big a game for both fanbases to think that either team will get a significantly larger gap over the other.

Lot of tickets seem to be floating around. I think we'll have the majority though.

We'll have more than they will, but it won't be 80/20 or anything. Each school got so few tickets (13K each) so that leaves ~75K tickets not being sold directly to the schools. I imagine a lot of tickets will be locals and corporate who probably DGAS either way, but I have to think that UGA fans are buying up more of the floaters out there. The title game being in ATL has a lot to do with that I'm sure, if the title game were in say tempe I don't think we'd have the contingent out there we're going to.

Based on how close the two reds are, I'm not sure you'll be able to visually tell anyway. You'll only be able to hear it.
When I looked, there were more tickets available on UGA's side of the field, but that doesn't really mean anything. There are probably more OU fans in CA thanks to the whole Grapes of Wrath migration, though.
It'll be interesting to see the turnout. That place is going to be rocking.

I think you should be able to tell.
I think it will be 65-35 Dawgs.

From UGAWire:

51% of Rose Bowl ticket buyers are from Georgia, while only 22% come from Oklahoma, according to TicketIQ. The remaining 27% are spread out nationally, but I’ve seen high numbers of folks from the Carolinas, Alabama and north Florida make the trek west.

We landed at LAX at 0730 and there very few folks from either school but there were more Sooners than us.....almost every gate though were flights from the Midwest and Texas.....
Haven't made it to Pasadena yet. We went to Downey and helped decorate a float for the parade....pretty cool experience by the way....the damn thing has a 351 Windsor engine in it and will run 75 mph without the float,. The people there, almost all local, said the place was crawling with Dawgs!
