Ok I'll make a compromise. Since Mizzou and Arkansas have very clearly been better football programs than Tennessee over the last 20 years, can you admit that they are both much better programs than Tennessee in football? When you do that I'll admit Tennessee is above Arkansas in basketball.

Actually go ahead and throw in Kentucky, Ole Miss, State, Texas A&M and South Carolina. It's not debatable that in the last 20 years UT has only been a better Football program than Vandy. So admit that UT is done and all these programs have left them in the dust over the last 20 years. Only then will your "20 year" argument make any sense.
