Keep in mind, they were the Big 10s only representivie. The committee is yet to put 2 teams from the same conference in.

Especially with the narrative all season that the SEC is down and the Big 10 is the premiere conference

The narrative is bull.
Buckeyes about to get embarrassed again.

I've said this a few times today, and I think it is the #1 factor.

TV is a close second.

Still trying to find where the committee said they won’t allow 2 teams from the same conference.

Keep also in mind that got summarily spanked, proving they didn't belong in the first place.

Is that really what we want Bama to do?

While true, the committee set a precedent of including a non-Conference champion from the same conference no less.

Eventually, I do think they put in two teams in from one conference but I wonder if that's this year.

I think it'd be the same thing if Ohio State was put in to play Clemson again. Ohio State just isn't that good.
