Tee Martin calls few plays and the HC overrules him often. He isn't ready to be an OC, much less an HC.

I think it's gonna be Leslie, and I think it;s a good choice

Tenn has some decent talent & Les can recruit

he can also win 9 or 10 games in the SEC East in a hurry

and he has beaten Saban in the last 11 years

great band aid if nothing else

stabilizes the program & stops the bleeding

Vols can count on being respectable at least & maybe he fricks up and grazes his way into an SEC Championship

if not, he retires gracefully in 3 or 4 years & Vols look for a quality coach from a position of strength

and do it without any drama inducing media leaks and Grumors
