They'll get him but he will fail. Didn't Sherrill win a Natty somewhere? Syracuse or someplace like that? How many he won at A&M? how many did The Bear (6 NC at Bama) won at A&M? same number: Cero

Franchione, Sumlin seemed like home run hires. Hot coaches on the rise. Fran they took from Bama for crying out loud! That’even more eye opening that hiring someone from FSU.

They will spin the "we have the facilities now". A&M has always had resources compared to the time. No one had ipads on Jacuzzis in 1980 or whenever they hired Sherrill. Some things are just not meant to be. A Championship winning program that has guys grabbing each other’s nuts on the sidelines is not meant to be.

Fisher is a good coach but FSU is a Championship program. Bowden did more than Fisher, then he got old and lost his touch. Fisher took them back to where they belong. He didn’t invent FSU.

FSU will win another NC with another coach. We will see that. We will never see A&M win one. Never. Ever. The world will end before that happens.

What the hell kind of logic is this? By your reckoning, then, the following are currently in the same class as Jimbo Fisher:

Nick Saban
Urban Meyer
Bob Stoops
Mack Brown
Lou Holtz
etc.

All resurrected "championship" programs.
