We have money, and I don't think a 2 year bowl ban would scare away too many potential OCs that have more experience in power 5 as well as better recruiting experience.
Would you really be upset if we let go of Longo?
And actually just one year since we've already imposed one on ourselves.

Even better, hire a real OC. We're not a training academy or a charity.
