Schiano can rightly argue that Tenn could have potentially prevented him from getting another head coaching job by their actions. Tenn is gonna pay

They may pay him some money. He’s not going to sue for defamation. And the AD isn’t responsible for postings on VolNation.

Not only are they going to pay, how much has this damaged their chances of hiring a good coach? Seriously. Not sure I would be jumping on board that train.

Speculative damages unless he can prove he gave up another opportunity that was actually offered to him.

How? The ex Penn State QB is the party that made the allegations. I haven't seen anyone from Tennessee make a statement that Schiano turned a blind eye to Sandusky diddling little boys.
