UF has no choice. Jimbo gets one more season, they fire him next year unless he wins 10 games.

So would you rather be looking for a new HC (in a perfect scenario) this offseason or next?

Jimbo is not getting fired anytime soon.

They can't fire him. They can't afford his $39M buyout. Jimbo is there for a long time

Now. Yesterday. No regrets. We have 21 scholarship players out with a new HC who has only had six days to make major changes.

#1 #3 WRs out, #1, #2 RBs out, best quarterback was on the bench all season. Ready to move on, even if it means losing like this the rest of the season.

A lot of that depends on who all gets better jobs this year. Seems like The newer P5 coaches are really new or at fairly good programs like Penn State and VT . If Brohm and Taggert keep improving they would be great hires in 1-3 years . There is not a lot of guys who have proven much . Mostly newer guys like Frost and Norvell . But there maybe enough jobs open this year that almost all of these coaches get better jobs .
