Shea only has one more year of playing college ball. I'd rather roll with Ta'amu.

Shea's not good enough to go pro after his Jr. year, but I agree with you about Ta'amu and I said it after the LSU game and I'm sticking with it Ta'amu > Shea

Anyone ready to replace Shea Patterson with Ta'amu really needs to take up table tennis and certainly never criticize coaching decisions in football ever again. Good grief. Patterson has 9 college football games under his belt, and the young man lead the SEC in passing yards. Through 6.5 games this year he racked up over 2,200 yds, and if given his game average for the 2.5 games he hasn't played he'd rank 3rd or 4th in the nation. Given the fact that Arkansas is ranked 80th in pass D, while Kentucky is ranked 120th, it's reasonable to assume Shea would have achieved his season average at least. It's possible he would have blown it out in both games and climbed to the top spot. Yes, a young man with fewer than 10 full games in college football, coming in under the worst of circumstances, all but leading the nation in passing - yes, by all means, bench or transfer that guy!!
