Meh. She probably right. But I like to move around. I've lived in 6 states in 13 years since being 21 but I do got a 2.0 now and I like it here.

True. But don't it until you're settled down where you will likely stay for years.
I'm single no kids and 26 and saving up for when the family days come and I want to buy a house. Had to get the toys first though just bought a 65k dollar ski boat (yes I'm bragging). I've saved 16k so far so I'll have enough put back for a down payment by the time I do decide to start a family (at least 2 years from now).
