The problem is correctable and he is the problem. Correcting it would be firing him today.

I said this in another OP, but this team is rudderless and without a leader, all bad signs. I really do feel bad for our players though. Reminds me of the season the players had to go through with Johnelle.

Most problems always are correctable.
The first and biggest problem (even above his coaching) is to RECRUIT SOME LINEMEN, especially tackles.
I still think a respectable line and we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

No doubt, but this problem was at least 3 years in the making. Not sure how he didn't see it coming. Our OL recruiting numbers were down and then we apparently missed on the few that we did sign.

If I, by chance, happen to run down the hallway while carrying a knife, trip, fall, and stab myself in the neck and bleed to death... well that is correctable.
