Succeeding in college isn't easier. You have to recruit constantly, in Tennessee and a few other states where there is less talent.
There's far more parity in the NFL and most teams stand a chance. Very few teams in college football stand a chance of a championship.

So in other words, an NFL schedule is tougher than a college schedule because literally any team could beat you?
