I honestly bet if you asked people who want Gruden at Tennessee that 80% of them couldn't tell you whether he is an offensive or defensive coach, and 90% couldn't tell you what his style/calling card is on offense.

This aura has been created with all the TV stuff and his personality and it's really been a long time since he won that Super Bowl (which was kind of the last big thing they did in Tampa) in 2002 (he went 45-51 from 2003 to 2008). A lot of people under 30 just honestly don't have much recollection of him as a football coach. He hasn't coached in 9 years and he hasn't been in the limelight as a coach since 2002, really. That's a long arse time.
