I refuse to care and refuse to send money to the AD until they can put a decent product on the field. This will be my last season for buying tickets for awhile. It's just not worth ruining my weekend watching Gus and this clown show. I watch other teams and check in on Auburn every once in a while.

It's a dying sport, killing the players and the coaches at every school are all bitch assholes.

How do I just sort of watch AU football like a bad movie or a reality show that I can't avoid without being disappointed in the results?
This is why I attempt to take Sunday off from football period besides checking my fantasy team
I won't really be over this loss for awhile but I find blocking a day off for no AU football stuff helps kinda shake that depressing feeling. At end of day there's really nothing you can do that can change the situation. We voluntarily watch this shite
Maybe sign off for a few days. Ignore all your usual AU football haunts and do something else. Pop back over after we beat the shite out of Arkansas and it's not as depressing to talk/read about Auburn football

Quit looking at FB, and don’t watch SEC Network or ESPN unless the game comes on. Just think to yourself it’s just a game. It helps but not much. Last Saturday got me really upset.

I'm heavily invested in Auburn football during the week and during games. It's a fun hobby and I enjoy it. But once the game is over, if it's a shitty result I have 2 awesome kids that I can look at and forget about it immediately. That's what has made losses easier to deal with for me.

I've already told my boys I'm not watching Auburn until there's a change. It's the only form of protest I have other than refusing to send them $ when they call.

Gus said "what was the score?"
This says so much... the difference between Gus and Saban is that Gus is worried about the score, and he's happy to win. Saban doesn't even know the score...he is worried about executing for 60 minutes. Every play, every second. The score takes care of itself. Gus has yet to make that transformational leap. It's why we will never beat Alabama while Saban is there.... or UGA while Kirby is there for that matter.
Gus is a kid playing a man's game.

I was wanting to take my son to his first Auburn game this year but I figured it would be cheaper to take him to a circus to see a clown show.

Same. I have two boys that I wanted to take to their first Auburn game this year. After Saturday, I won't be attending another Auburn game until the waffle house retard is gone.

To be honest, I am thinking of posting porn on the rant and being done with it.

The thought has crossed my mind, but if we clean house starting with Jacobs and hire a coach who can come back and run the table next year with all the talent Gus doesn't run off, I want to be able to talk some shite.

for a HC to say the above at a press conference is pathetic
Well yeah. He is a professional coach so it's absurd for him to say it's going fine when it clearly is not. If I were failing at my own job like he is I would certainly not be talking about it like it was no big deal.
