POSSESSION OF AMPHETAMINE- F PRE-TRIAL NO BOND
POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - F PRE-TRIAL NO BOND

We know he is fricked, just looking for potential realistic outcomes

Biggest concern is right here. Don't know anything about Georgia, but the gun while dealing brings federal exposure. If they go Federal with it, he could be gone a VERY long time.
Eta: Meth, coke, pot, and opiates? That's quite an impressive one stop fun shop he had running.

How many of the charges are just to hold for trial and will be dropped pretrial or pled out?

He's fricked and if he isn't then he narced.

Not sure, here is what we know.
He either sold coke to an undercover or someone narced on him. ( What his inner circle of friends is saying)
In the investigation they searched his house and found 40 lbs of pot, large amount of edibles, Shatter/wax/dabs , pills(oxycondone and guessing adderall), "cocaine instruments", 3 AR15s and two handguns

He is not having a good rest of his life, unless he gives up his connection. But he will be gone for 10-20 at least I would say.

People are telling me 10 years but will serve 5. I know there are instigating factors here but seems like folks get arrested for this and dont do anywhere near that time.

Unless he's willing to enter witness protection and rat on his suppliers, then he's looking at 15-20 years probably.

Does he live near any schools, churches, post offices, or playgrounds?

I dont think within 1000 ft except neighborhood pool activity area

That can be considered a drug free zone if there was any public monies used to build it and that turns it into a federal.
It is not always 1,000 ft they can extend up to 3 miles in some cases, depending on what the charge and schedule is.
I know in Arkansas they tend to use 1000 as the guide, but they also like to measure funny.
One of my student's parents got popped for having hydro's in unapproved container, they charged the parent initially with a distribution and drug zone crime, since they had just dropped off the kid earlier. They had a warrant out for her anyway for hot checks when they pulled her over for improper lance change.

His main worry is the Feds picking it up, which they may do.
The gun and drugs together is worth 15 no parole Fed.
State time minimum is 10 do 5 be out on parole in 2
Max is 20 do 10 be out on parole in 4-6.

Remember, he can plead some of these away. What they co convict him of will run concurrent.
Now if they were to stack the sentences he would be screwed, but these don't look stackable. These will run bow-legged.

Where does he meet any of their trafficking thresholds exactly?

It will be worse if he has prior felony convictions.
