So, are you saying the CWS will have 16 teams instead of 8?
Or that there will be 16 nationals seeds hosting?

I'm thinking that means they will seed the 16 regional hosts, 1-16, like softball does.

No. 1 Seed will be matched up with 16, not just the regional host. Basically what softball already does.
