By choice. Both of my parents went to Marietta, my grandmother went to Marietta, and my great grandmother went to Marietta. I grew up playing football with the guys on the Harrison teams that we so good in the early aughts and I started all 3 years in middle school for the Jr Hoyas, but I always grew up going to MHS games and when given the choice, I decided to go to Marietta. It was a little more my style, anyway.
