He is a likable guy with a somewhat proven background in the NFL and at improving talent. HE gets hyped as an evaluator, simply because of the espn shows, but I think it is still suspect. People think he is going to whip his dick out and all the recruits are going to come running to him

This! I can't figure out why the Vols are so enamored. He has a name but even if he wanted to work that hard, he'd have to start from scratch recruiting.
He's probably too smart for the average college kid.

ESPN portrays him as the most brilliant football mind in the world and idiots believe them.
