Paying athletes will not stop the bag men.. Face if say every SEC school could pay athletes $1500 a month then you know some programs would still find a way to get more to them.

So you believe there should be no laws?
Sure there will always be rule/law breakers, but you can also set up a system to better compensate the athletes going to school. College sports is a big business, it’s ok to better compensate the people doing the work.
