Oh yeah - everyone knows it too. I'm sure the FBI has been after a smoking gun like this for years. The guys who got caught were just the unfortunate dudes who were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

"We" didn't do anything, at least that is known right now
An assistant HC fricked us, a fact which the SDNY is using to pursue Persons. I'm not saying we're not screwed, but the indictment lays out how Persons defrauded "University-1".
