LOL at all the morons that think aTm is better. Everyone that says aTm is better uses the reasons of better recruiting state, better facilities, more money, etc. They have had that for years and yet have become a national or even conference contender. One of the reasons they left the Big 12 because they had all that as mentioned before and still could not compete on a regular basis.

Delusional is delusional but please explain to me in the history of the aTm program with all these great benefits they have why are they not a top tier program.

Why is it all Alabama fans lack reading comprehension?

Literally addressed that in the post you're responding to.

OP is specifically asking the question, which is a better JOB. Answer is clearly A&M for a multitude of reasons.

Also, Tennessee is not considered "top-tier" by anyone with a brain.

I guess 4 years is technically "years."

Very few posters on this board can possibly appreciate the transformation of A&M from a small, all male military and farming school into the institution it is today. We played at LSU virtually every game into the 70s, because we weren't big enough to warrant a home-and-home.

This question is so easy, talent isn't being developed and utilized, it's that simple, a coaching problem. Look at the top 15 recruiting classes over the last 5 years, no one has underachieved as much as A&M has.

Here's an even better look, Kevin Sumlin's full recruiting classes average a national ranking of 11, varying from top 5 to 18, so in theory if you develop and evaluate talent properly, you can be a top 11 team. Since Manziel we have NOT been anywhere near a consistent top 11 team, sometimes we play like it but the cracks always show and the foundation falls. Shoot, Sumlin wasn't even here to recruit Manziel and Mike Evans so he shouldn't even get the credit for that.

All the pieces for success are here NOW, but Sumlin isn't putting them together.
