The only skin cancer that grows that fast is melanoma. Get it checked out asap.

My melanoma came between six months visit to the dermatologist. Having another cut off next week.

I've seen squamous cell grow from a pimple to the size of a golf ball in less than 4 weeks

Was stage 3 was in a couple of lymph nodes in his neck. They were able to remove the cancer in surgery, and they removed the lymph nodes. He's been cancer free for 4 years now.
