I think the 50 deal was one spot in the Houston area in just one forecast. I'm not seeing that forecast repeated now. I think it was a glitch in the algorithm. I'm seeing 20 repeated pretty regularly though. I was in Houston last Memorial Day for the Great Flood and I think that one was 20 in areas. Pretty shitty deal. It'll definitely repeat-flood a bunch of houses, which makes me sick for those people since some of them have lived there for 40 years in a house that wasn't flood prone until 5 years or so ago. That blows.

I don't think 50 is happening. I'm just saying people are throwing all sorts of shite out there. Serious models show there is a shot this thing hits near Corpus, goes back to gulf and reforms voltron, I mean back into a hurricane and smacks Houston on Tue/Wed.

So we're getting showers from tonight until Wed with heavy stuff really coming after we've been pepper by 2 days of medium rain.

Allison was devastating and I think that was 22". The May floods of 2016 and 15 were in the 14-20 range.

shite could be a little bad or shite could be horrific.

This really does blow. Recent development near me has caused water to rise higher than it used to. I had water go into the garage last year, yet we were mostly dry during Allison.
