There have been models from today projecting basically 12-50" for Houston. No one knows WTF is going on.

Stay safe and be smart y'all.

Not that everyone believes in it, but I'll definitely be praying for those affected this weekend.

If Houston gets 50 inches of rain we're talking about a historic event we'll tell our grandchildren about. All it takes is a good 10-15 inches in a day to shut the city down. Remember the terrible flooding last June? That was just around 20 inches.

At 50 inches the med center will be fricking underwater. With less than half that last year it was flooded up to the platforms on the rail.
