I don't think you can ever look at just 1 statistics and expect to have clear predictive qualities, especially in college football, as to specific performance - but I bet the champion comes off that list, just like he said.
But on paper, this is the least talented UF has been in a long while, and they will be relying on a lot of 3 stars to play above their on paper scores this year, especially on defense and the OL.
It'll be interesting to see how things shake out this year as far as player performance. It could go a long way in cementing Mac as a magician at talent evaluation.

It's odd because if you look at the skilled talent it's light years ahead of where it was under Muschamp. Tons of talent to score the football this year.
