Probably also has something to do with which ethnicity was targeted in that deal.

The U.S. tried to eradicate native Americans based on their ethnicity, but native Americans don't have positions of power in every single corridor of the global stage like Jews do. so there's a lot less waving of the bloody shirt on that one.
