Knight was a great leader and plus running QB but he was not accurate at all. It won't be hard to improve on the passing side of things with Starkel. Ausbon should fill Reynolds's role nicely.

Kirk couldn't even break 1000 yards receiving last year in his sophomore year as a borderline 5 star.
Even J'Mon Moore, the former 3 star, had better stats last year in Mizzou's worst year since 2001. There's atleast 10 WRs in the SEC that are better than Kirk.

oh Gus, always fricking us by recruiting tiny midget WRs
So Auburn fans notice it too?
Those top guys are talented but damn get some diversity in your wide out recruiting. They all seem like clones. Auburn is missing that receiver who can go up and get it

Moore isn't even that good of a WR and eclipsed 1000 yards last year. Kirk must be garbage tier.
I enjoyed your meltdown in the Kilo thread aswell.

Only two WRs expected to get playing time under 6 foot or 180 are Will Hastins at 5'10" 167 and Ryan Davis at 5'9" 175.
And both are sure handed quick slot guys. Isn't that the craziest thing you ever heard?
All that work you did just to prove you don't know shite at the end.
Now go look up who had the most targets last season. 3 of the top 5 were Davis, Davis, and Hastings.

Moore needs 1,840 yards and 9 TDs in his next two games to tie Kirk's production at 26 games even.
Good luck
Good luck

No, we're not missing that. Kyle Davis and NCM can both go up and get it. Both have great hands and a big catch radius.
Those two actually are very similar players. Both are prototypical #1 WRs, and both will play on Sundays.
(Kyle Davis^)
(Nate Craig Myers^)
Stove and Slayton are both explosive types. But they are not clones.
Slayton is a burner. He's a deep threat that will get behind your secondary and stretch your defense.
(Darius Slayton^^)
Stove is an all around type player. He's a nightmare for defense when he has the ball in his hands in open space. He's the guy you want catching screens, or running a sweep. He's a danger to score from anywhere on the field, in fact he had a 78 yard TD run against Arkansas last year.
(Eli Stove^)
McClain is your big physical red zone threat that is going to treat DBs like ragdolls
Hastings and Ryan Davis are similar players as well. Shifty small slot guys with good hands. Davis is better though.
Hastings is like our poor man's versions of Renfroe or Humprhies for y'all. White, former walk on. He's never going to make the NFL or dismantle Bama's secondary by himself though.
Those first 5 guys I mentioned are what I'm most excited about for the Clemson game. To see how they do now that they are the go to guys and just how we do with Stidham and a more pass heavy offense against a real defense with so much talent to throw to.

This season isn't last season, is it?
Different QB. Different OC. Different starting WRs. Different offensive system.

Auburn has good receivers but why would you use a gif of the dude not catching the ball lol.

Because when describing what type of player he is I said he was a burner that gets behind secondaries and stretches out defenses. That was an example of him doing just that, against a CB who just a top 15 draft pick.
And he got overthrown, it wasn't catchable so not his fault.
If you noticed that gif is from a website called draft breakdown. NFL scouts are smart enough to realize that was an impressive route that Slayton ran with NFL speed and that it's not his fault he got overthrown.... Stidham at Baylor, and so far since he got to Auburn has shown the ability to hit those deep passes consistently with good accuracy, so chances are this season that will be a TD
Sammie Coates had at least 2 plays look like that every game at Auburn from Nick Marshall, and those plays were used on tape to show his speed to NFL scouts... and he got drafted in the 3rd round and plays for the Steelers, so it worked our for him.

Maybe you should stick to being a baseball fan. Evaluating football seems to be a bit over your head, friend.

In the running for one of the dumbest things I've ever read on the SEC Rant. There's a lot of good receivers in the SEC but none compare to Christian Kirk. Just being honest. Dude is a touchdown waiting to happen.

Agreed
Kirk is the best right now and ahead of Ridley even.
Someone may break out this season.

I was just making a joke ha. After seeing some of your predictions about Auburn this year though, it seems like evaluating football might be a little over your head too, pal.
